Susan Amburn grew up in a family business in Wyoming and began her real estate career in 1983. She moved to California in approximately 1989 and continued in the real estate industry. She always wanted to live in a warmer climate and has loved the lifestyle and the state in general. Since she was raised in a family business she recognizes the benefits of attention to detail, customer satisfaction, hard work and perseverance. She prides herself on the goal of making each transaction a win/win for all parties involved and going the extra mile that it takes to do so. She feels that she is living in the perfect place here in Orange County and enjoys helping others attain their goals of real estate ownership in California or wherever their dream location is in the world. Susan's mantra is "Let experience work for you". And she imparts all her previous experiences to help her clients attain their goals in the real estate world.


She has one son, who is also in the real estate industry as well as a brother who is a real estate agent and business owner. Seems to run in her family. Susan also volunteers from time to time at the San Juan Capistrano Mission in the vegetable garden as a "Gardening Angel" and has been a docent for the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach since 2005.
